Occasionally people find their plans change and they have to cancel their booking. We understand this and try to be as flexible as possible.

To ensure we can fill as many of our pitches as possible - and thus raise as much as we can for Macmillan Cancer Support - we have to have a cancellation policy in place.

If you need to cancel your booking, contact us at booking@skegminifest.co.uk up to a week before the event, and we will arrange to cancel your booking and refund your payment in full. This allows us to offer your pitches to other people in time for the event.

If you cancel less than a week before - ie from Friday 10th July 2020 - we will offer your pitches to other people, but we will not be able to refund your payment, as we would be unlikely to be able to refill your pitches in time.
